TourBox is Like a Gaming Controller for Photoshop and Lightroom Editing

TourBox is a new photo editing controller designed for Photoshop and Lightroom. Designed to be compact, it looks more like a video game controller than a keyboard-style console.

The palm-sized device features a fully-customizable UI with a knob, wheels, and buttons. The idea is that photographers can take 90% of their most repetitive tasks and move them from mouse and keyboard into simple twists, scrolls, and clicks.

TourBox isn’t designed to completely replace your mouse and keyboard though, but instead it works in conjunction with a mouse and graphics tablet to “enhance tool control.” Compared to other editing consoles on the market such as Loupedeck and Palette Gear, TourBox has smaller size and scope.

Tasks that can be improved with TourBox include brush control (e.g. size, hardness, flow, and opacity), navigation (zooming, dragging, and fit to screen), history (undo and redo), tool selection, parameter adjusting, and more.
